Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how ProApps ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use the Kung Fu - Wing Chun Training mobile application (the "App").
If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use the App. By using the App, you acknowledge the practices described below.
1. Information We Collect
We may collect the following categories of information:
- Information you provide directly: messages and prompts submitted to the AI assistant, support requests, and any content you choose to share with us.
- Training and usage data: exercise progress, completed lessons, selected training preferences, timers, and in-app interactions.
- Purchase information: whether your Premium access is active, restored, or available through Apple in-app purchases. We do not receive your full payment card details.
- Advertising and device data: device type, operating system, approximate diagnostics, crash data, advertising identifiers when available, and app activity related to ads and performance.
- Optional photo access: if you grant access to your photo library, the App may access selected images only for features you intentionally use.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to:
- provide training content, lessons, and exercise progression;
- deliver Premium features and restore purchases;
- show ads to non-Premium users and manage ad frequency;
- operate the AI martial arts assistant and respond to prompts;
- analyze app usage, improve stability, and fix bugs;
- protect against abuse, fraud, and unauthorized access; and
- comply with legal obligations.
3. AI Assistant Data
The App includes an AI martial arts assistant available to Premium users. When you use that feature, your prompts and related context may be processed by third-party AI service providers strictly for the purpose of generating responses inside the App.
Please do not submit sensitive personal information, financial data, health diagnoses, or any confidential information through the AI chat.
4. Advertising
The App may display ads to users who have not purchased Premium. Ads may be provided by third-party advertising partners such as Google AdMob. These providers may collect device and usage information to deliver, measure, and improve advertising.
On iOS, the App may request permission to track activity for personalized advertising, as required by Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework. You can deny this permission and continue to use the App.
5. In-App Purchases
Premium access is offered as a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase processed by Apple. Purchase transactions are handled by Apple, and Apple may provide us with limited transaction status data, such as whether your Premium entitlement is active or restored.
6. How Information Is Shared
We may share information with:
- Apple, to process and restore in-app purchases;
- advertising providers, to deliver and measure ads;
- AI service providers, to generate AI chat responses;
- hosting, storage, CDN, analytics, and infrastructure providers, to operate app content, media, and performance; and
- authorities or other parties, when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and the App.
7. Data Retention and Data Deletion
We retain your information only for as long as necessary to provide the App's services and fulfill the purposes described in this policy. Specifically:
- Training and usage data (exercise progress, completed lessons, preferences): retained while you actively use the App and for up to 12 months after your last interaction with the App, after which it is automatically deleted.
- AI assistant conversation data (prompts and responses): retained for up to 90 days for service improvement, then automatically deleted.
- Purchase information (Premium status): retained as long as your subscription or entitlement is active, and for up to 12 months after expiration to support purchase restoration.
- Device and advertising data: retained for up to 26 months, in line with third-party advertising partner retention policies (e.g., Google AdMob).
- Support requests and correspondence: retained for up to 24 months after the issue is resolved.
After the applicable retention period expires, your data is either permanently deleted or anonymized so that it can no longer be linked to you.
How to Request Deletion of Your Data
You can request the deletion of all personal data we hold about you at any time by sending an email to modeappspruebas@gmail.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Please include the following in your request:
- Your name or username (if applicable);
- The email address associated with your account (if any);
- The device type and operating system you use; and
- A brief description of the data you want deleted (or request full deletion).
We will process your request within 30 days of receiving it and confirm the deletion by email. Please note that some data may need to be retained to comply with legal obligations or to complete pending transactions, in which case we will inform you of the specific data retained and the reason.
You may also delete locally stored data (such as training progress saved on your device) by uninstalling the App from your device.
8. International Data Transfers
Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, depending on the location of our service providers. By using the App, you acknowledge that such transfers may occur, subject to applicable legal safeguards where required.
9. Your Choices and Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Access: request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Correction: request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
- Deletion: request deletion of your personal data by emailing modeappspruebas@gmail.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request". We will process your request within 30 days (see Section 7 above for details).
- Withdraw consent: where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time by contacting us.
- Disable tracking: you can disable tracking permissions in your device settings at any time.
- Restore purchases: restore Premium purchases through your Apple or Google Play account.

10. Children's Privacy
The App is not intended for children under 13, or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction to consent to data processing, unless supervised by a parent or legal guardian where permitted by law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law.
11. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
12. Third-Party Services
The App may rely on third-party services, including Apple, Google Mobile Ads, content delivery providers, video hosting services, and AI providers. Your use of those services may also be subject to their own privacy policies and terms.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we may update the date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice inside the App or through the App Store listing.
